MB Plastics supplies MBXpansion PTFE expansion joints for every pressure, temperature, and condition. Expansion joints are flexible fittings in pipes that absorb movement and/or vibrations. For example, they can be used to accommodate thermal expansion. Expansion joints are also called bellows or expansion joints . To ensure perfect installation, our expansion joints are equipped with two or three limiting screws. This prevents the bellows from becoming overloaded during operation.
You can request flanges in various steel grades, and these flanges can be custom-made with threads or drilled holes. Expansion joints are available in standard sizes DN25 to DN600 , with ANSI and DIN connections. You can also choose from 1 to 7 flanges , depending on the required installation length.
